A. Horn, Inc. helped this project earn its LEED certification. We furnished and installed locally produced masonry materials including CMU (concrete masonry units), prairie stone, colored mortar and architectural precast which all helped earned credits on the project. In addition, we also installed a custom made slate hearth at the fireplace. These various masonry materials all helped the library achieve its distinctive look.
